DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP
Since 1933 the family business Julián Martín has been exclusively devoted to the production and creation of products deriving from the Iberian pig. It is located in Guijuelo in the province of Salamanca, the home of Iberian products where over 70% of total national production is currently concentrated.

At Julián Martín one of the main concerns is maintaining product quality and homogeneity (little variation in taste, curing...), aspects which have been considered essential in the development of the company's reputation among professionals (top restaurants and important clients) and in the consolidation of Julián Martín as a reliable brand.
SPECIALISED MANUFACTURING UNIT BY PRODUCT
Julián Martín has organised its manufacture based on specialised factories per product with 5 production installations located in the geographical area of GUIJUELO (Salamanca province).
Moreover, the company has a slaughterhouse, a ham factory, and a sausage factory in Portugal.
