Many of us have discovered the world of wine through enotourism visits. At Julián Martín (one of the main producers of Iberian hams in Spain) we have opened up our factories for the activity of ham tourism.

What do we propose?

Spend the day with us at our Iberian ham factories in Guijuelo.

A true immersion visit of about 5 hours (from 11:00 to 16:00 hours) of satisfying activities including eating and drinking at a price of 30 euros per person (children under 12 free) which includes:

• Visiting our drying warehouses and Iberian ham cellars in Guijuelo with personnel from our factory with over 20 years' experience. A true immersion in the world of acorn-fed Iberian ham.
• A mini Iberian ham slicing course given by one of our master slicers.
• Sampling of quality acorn-fed Iberian products (the basis of lunch) (pure acorn-fed Iberian meats) combined with Ribera del Duero and Rueda wines in one of our ham cellars.

Moreover, you can acquire any of our products chosen directly by the master slicer at our physical store or our on-line store.

When?

Visits can be made any Saturday (private visits) or any day of the week in the case of groups. Please consult the available dates.
