If you are going to organise an event, at the Salamanca Convention Bureau we can help you in many ways to make your task easier.
We support congress candidatures:

- We draw up a fully personalised candidature (with logos, dates, the name of the congress, information on the venue…). Just ask us.
- We support the candidature as an institution.
- We provide you with promotional and audiovisual material.
- You can count on our collaboration and presence when you defend your candidature.
- We coordinate inspection visits.
Advice for the organiser of the congress:

- You will be given detailed information on the various venues of the city for holding events.
- We put you in touch with professional local companies of the tourist sector.
- We act as a go-between with Salamanca Town Council and other institutions for the administration of protocol services and municipal services.
- We organise special small-scale guided tours to different spaces of the city.
- We can advise you on leisure and cultural programmes for delegates and companions.
- We advise you on made-to-measure programmes of activities for conventions and incentive travel.
- We do our bit to make your event more sustainable.
- We provide you with material in several languages and plans of Salamanca.
- We help you to create a Salamanca tourist section on the congress website.
- You can use our social networks to promote the event.
- When the participants arrive in Salamanca they will find a welcome message on the electronic panels!
- We publish all congresses and events on the Salamanca Convention Bureau agenda.
